The Importance of the Physical Body

The principal anchor that holds, grounds, and utilizes multidimensional perception is the physical body. The body is the vessel through which consciousness works, and without the body, we could not exist on Earth. For a significant amount of time after my own awakening, I believed that the body was secondary to, or even lesser than, everything that is non-physical. What I read imparted that once we are awake, the body ceases to be important and instead, we begin living a more etheric existence as energy and not physicality. I also read information that said that holding a higher consciousness meant I would not have to do what an average person does, like make money, work hard, eat, sleep, or sustain my physical health nor existence, that all would be taken care of energetically for me. However, none of these perceptions is true, yet currently published in many forms of media, and accepted by many to be valid.
Maintaining physical health is essential and crucial to multidimensional embodiment, as higher dimensional light frequencies need a healthy form in which to be held. As we advance in consciousness, these frequencies are consistently run through our core, and are expanded outward through the entirety of our energy field and are transmitted in service to humanity and to the planet. We literally work as a power plant, holding and emitting energy that is used to help, in whatever capacity it is needed. Therefore, our physical body must be strong, clear of distortions and illness, for us to be able to hold these energies. If the body is neglected or regarded as not valuable, it will degrade, along with our ability to be an energetic anchor, and our own evolutionary development will either cease or will be greatly impeded. There is no energy or force or being that maintains our body for us, no matter what level of consciousness we are using. We always have to make a conscious effort to uphold our health, and are always fully responsible for the condition and care of our body. Dismissing the body, and choosing to live a passive and inactive lifestyle, does very little to support consciousness evolution, as our growth does not come to us, we create it through direct action, and by respecting the vehicle through which it is created.
